Michigan added to its 2020 recruiting class Sunday morning.
Ashburn (Va.) Broad Run running back Tim Baldwin announced his commitment with a statement on Twitter.
“I am blessed and ecstatic to announce that I am committed to the University of Michigan,” Baldwin wrote. “After careful consideration of which program gives me the best opportunities I have chosen to cut recruitment short because I believe Michigan will do just that and more.”
Baldwin is a 3-star prospect, according to the 247Sports Composite rankings. He’s considered the No. 342 overall prospect in the nation and the eighth-best prospect in Virginia for his class.
He held offers from Boston College, Maryland, Rutgers, Syracuse, Virginia and West Virginia, among others.
Michigan now has six commitments in its 2020 class, which ranks sixth in the nation and second in the Big Ten.
